    Important information about our auction policy before you start bidding

    • All bids placed are non-retractable.
    • All winning bids need to be paid within 24 hours of the auction closure.
    • Failing to submit the payment within 24 hours will result in a 30% relisting fee & 12% buyer's premium charged based on final bid amount. Your credit/debit card on file will be charged. Once the relisting fee is applied on your account, the checkout/collection of the items is no longer available.
    • All paid items must be picked up within 7 days after auction closure.
    • Failing to collect your items: after 7 days the auction items are considered abandoned property, refunds are no longer available on abandoned properties.
